1. What equipment do I need?

A phone, pad or laptop, and some space around you. If you exercise from home, it is nice to have a mat / water bottle. No additional training equipment is required. In most cases you can simply use your bodyweight or whatever additional equipment you have available. In special cases, a trainer will instruct you about all needed equipment for your personal fitness goals.

2. Where can I exercise with Bino?

Anywhere as long as you have stable internet connection and some space around you. Train at home, on the terrace, in the garden, park on anywhere you see fit. Some clients even train with Bino when they are on vocation or in a hotel room during a business trip!

3. Can I exercise from a gym?

Yes, you can. However, this approach requires you to have wireless headphones, a smartphone with a good camera and preferably a selfie stick tripod (priced at $ 15−25). From our experience, gym administration accepts this practice, however, check with your gym for their policy.

4. How much space do I need for my session?

We want your trainer to be able to fully see you during your session. Typically, you want to have about 2-3 meters space between the mat and your laptop or phone. Don't worry if the space is a bit less or more. The goal is for the trainer to be able to see you from head to toe.

5. Can my friends or family join the session?

You are free to bring friends and family to the session, but keep in mind that Bino does not take responsibility for injuries that may occur to them during the session.

6. How do I change or cancel a session?

When you book a session you shall immediately receive a calendar invitation. In your calendar, open the meeting and simply scroll to the bottom - here you will find options to change and cancel the session.
